Project details

Since 1984, the Planning Board has approved about 8.5 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space in Salem. Approximately 2600 housing units have been approved in residential subdivisions or multi-family housing projects. A spreadsheet showing these approvals by year is available at the link below.
