Project details

Equity Industrial Partners bought the 650,000 sq. ft. former Cisco building at 9 Northeastern Boulevard in 2010. They are redeveloping the building for multi-tenant office and industrial users. A presentation on this project was made at the Planning Board meeting on January 25, 2011. Plans and a videotape of the meeting can be viewed at the links below. The Planning Board reviewed this project again at their meeting on February 22, 2011.
