Project details

The voters of Salem adopted school, recreation, and public safety impact fees in March 2005. A list of the fees and the background reports regarding them are available below. The Salem Planning Board adopted a new traffic impact fee system on August 11, 2009. A report describing the system and a list of traffic impact fees are available below.
